Today is the first day of fall...trees are starting to change, the mornings are a little cooler and the sun is setting earlier. Our small town has had a short hard summer. Things are starting to look up a bit...I know that progress has been slow but we are strong and we WILL come back even better. There is lots of work going on everyday. I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to all the volunteers that have put the time in to help with the clean up and now are helping to rebuild. Also to the National Guard, State Police, Kanawha County Police, City of Charleston, City of Nitro, City of Madison, City of Dunbar, City of South Charleston and the City of Saint Albans for the vehicles loaned or donated and for man power donated. Your thoughtfulness will not ever be forgotten.
